What Drone Photos Add to a Listing
Ground-level photos show rooms. Aerial photos show everything around them: lot size, fencing, the backyard, how close the home sits to open space, trails, a golf course or the foothills. For acreage, cul-de-sac lots and homes backing onto open space, that context is often what makes a buyer click.
Drone photos are included free with every package, from the $129 starter to Diamond. You don't need to request them or pay a separate flight fee. If we can't fly because of weather or airspace, you still get your full set of ground photos in 24 hours or less.
Airspace, weather and what happens if we can't fly
Much of the Front Range sits under or near controlled airspace, including areas around Denver International, Centennial, Rocky Mountain Metropolitan and Buckley. We check every address before the shoot and request FAA authorization where it's available. If a flight isn't allowed, we tell you before the shoot.
We fly only in safe conditions. High wind, rain or snow can mean rescheduling the drone portion, and rescheduling is free.

Is drone photography included with my package?
Yes. Drone photos are included free with every Media Home Tours package whenever weather and airspace allow. There is no separate flight fee.
Do you need a licensed drone pilot for real estate photos?
Yes. In the United States, flying a drone for commercial work, including real estate marketing, requires an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate, and airspace authorization in controlled areas. Ask us about our drone credentials when you book.
What if you can't fly at my listing?
We'll tell you before the shoot. Your ground photos are still delivered in 24 hours or less, and rescheduling a weather-delayed flight is free.
Can you fly near airports or military bases?
Sometimes. Many addresses near airports need FAA authorization, and some can't be flown. We check each address ahead of time.
