Photos That Sell the Boulder Lifestyle
Boulder buyers aren't just buying a house. They're buying the mountain views, the trail access and the light pouring through big windows. Every shoot balances bright interiors with the view outside, so nothing gets blown out.
We photograph homes across the city: mid-century and modern homes in North Boulder and Table Mesa, historic homes on Mapleton Hill and in Whittier, family homes in Gunbarrel and Martin Acres, and mountain properties in the foothills west of town.

Common Questions
How much does real estate photography cost?
Packages start at $129 for 5 HDR photos with free drone. Our most booked package, Ruby, is $209 for 25 photos. Sapphire adds a floor plan for $264, Platinum adds a 1-minute video and 3 virtual twilights for $549, and Diamond includes everything for $699. There's no travel fee within a 2-hour drive of Longmont.
How fast will I receive my content?
Photos are delivered in 24 hours or less, and videos in 24 to 48 hours. Everything arrives in your MHT account, where you can download MLS-ready files and find your past media in one place.
Are there restrictions on drone use (weather, location, regulations)?
Yes. We fly only in safe weather and where FAA airspace rules allow, so drone shots may be rescheduled for high wind, rain or snow. Some areas near airports, like parts of Broomfield and Denver, need FAA authorization or can't be flown. If we can't fly, we'll let you know before the shoot.
How should the home be prepared for the shoot?
Turn on every light, open blinds, clear counters, hide personal items and move cars out of the driveway. Our free home prep checklist covers every room, and you can send it straight to your sellers.
