Lakewood Real Estate Photography
Lakewood sits right against the foothills, so views and light matter. HDR photos, free drone where airspace allows, video and floor plans for Lakewood listings, delivered in 24 hours or less.

Mid-Century Homes and Foothills Light
Lakewood grew quickly after World War II, and a lot of its housing reflects that: brick ranches, bungalows and split-levels from the 1950s and 1960s on established, tree-lined streets. These homes often have smaller rooms and lower ceilings, so wide, level photos and bright, even lighting do most of the work. Many have been remodeled, and sharp photos are what show buyers the new kitchens and baths.
Belmar brings a different product: townhomes, condos and lofts within walking distance of shops and restaurants. For those, a floor plan matters as much as the photos, because buyers are comparing square footage and layout between similar units. On the western edge, in areas like Green Mountain, homes sit against the foothills with views that deserve a clear spot in the photo set.
The mountains also change the light. Homes near the foothills lose direct sun earlier in the evening than homes farther east, which affects when twilight photos look best. We plan around that when we schedule exterior and twilight shots.
Drone flights in the Denver metro
Lakewood is inside the Denver metro's busy airspace. We check each address before the shoot and request FAA authorization where it's required, so you know before you book what aerials are possible.
Selling a remodeled ranch?
A floor plan for $55 is worth adding to remodeled mid-century homes. Buyers can see how a wall was opened up or a room added, which photos alone don't always show. Sapphire at $264 bundles 25 photos, free drone and a floor plan. Details are on the pricing page.

Common Questions About Lakewood Shoots
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Do you photograph Belmar condos and townhomes?
Yes. Condos and townhomes are priced the same as any listing, starting at $129 for 5 photos. Because buyers compare layouts closely, we recommend adding a $55 floor plan or a Zillow 3D tour at $149.
When is the best time of day to shoot a Lakewood home?
Most interiors look best in bright daylight, so we schedule shoots on weekdays from 11 am until an hour before sunset. Homes close to the foothills lose direct sun earlier in the evening, so we plan exterior and twilight shots with that in mind.
Is there a travel fee to Lakewood?
No. Lakewood is well inside our 2-hour free travel area, so you pay the same package price as any Front Range listing.
When can I book, and what if I need to cancel?
Book online at least 24 hours ahead, on weekdays from 11 am until an hour before sunset. For same-day or weekend shoots, call or text. Rescheduling is free; canceling less than 12 hours before a shoot has a $25 fee.
